We perform our inspections according to the Standards of Practice of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors and the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors

We recommend that you attend the inspection and encourage you to ask questions – this is an excellent educational and information gathering opportunity to help you become familiar with the condition of your prospective home.

Through our inspection process we will outline any visual defects and recommend a course of action for improvement. We will provide you with information to help you assess the repairs and/or maintenance the home requires.

The findings of the inspection are recorded in your Home Buyer’s Report, a customized report that details the deficiencies of your prospective home and, is supplemented with pictures to help you recall those deficiencies and the concerns talked about during our walkthroughs.
